separation anxiety or sleep regression?
I'm stumped.
My 3 month old was sleeping good for a little while but this past week I want to say she's sleeping like a newborn again at night. She would get real fussy and cry for no reason. My husband and I separated in October and she's been living with me since 3 weeks of age. For about 4-5 weeks now I've let her have 3-4 days a weekend with him. My husband has said that she does not act like that over there. There are so many things going through my mind, could she be having separation anxiety with me or with him? I worry she prefers to be with him since he has said she's fine over there. Any mommies have any advice on what could be the problem? :(
