Do you think someone should be able to get multiple organ transplants when there is a shortage of donors and people die waiting for a transplant?

I'm indifferent to this as I am an organ donor and I wish everyone was, then there wouldn't be a shortage. But I know someone who is trying to get his 3rd kidney transplant because his body keeps rejecting them.
