I've been having bad back and rib pain.And Im always nauseous. Haven't started yet Im three days late . And my last period ended early and was acting funny.

Is it your whole back and ribs? I had the same symptoms but only on the right side. Turned out I had cholecystitis, inflammation and infection of the gallbladder, and had to get it taken out. Can't mention on the missed period because I had Implanon. But you can always test to be sure.

Sounds more like you may have pancreatitis then pregnancy. Consult a doctor on the symptoms and pain.
