Didn't drink much in 1st trimester but been drinking one latte as day in the 2nd and 3rd. I just use one espresso shot instead of two and add extra milk.

I drink two cups a day of half caffeinated coffee. The second cup I normally don't even fill all the way up.

I do. Not much during the first trimester because it didn't sit well, but after that I started drinking half-caf or decaf...so I could have more.

1-2 cups is okay. Unfortunately, I have a strong aversion to it and can't even stand looking at it. 😖

I still drank 1-2 cups a day. My OB just said no more than 2.

I stayed up again after 16 weeks becaeu I was finally able to enjoy it again !

I wish! My doc said it's best to avoid it during the 1st trimester due to too much caffeine intake can cause a miscarriage. I'm an avid coffee drinker so going cold turkey has been difficult! But I've managed! My last coffee was on Dec. 11th.
