X-rays and pregnant

I had a little run in with my mom Christmas morning shes diabetic her sugars dropped wile she was asleep wich I'm used to she got into her half sliping in and out and very violent cause when she's in this state she has no idea what she's doing she kept grabbing my wrist and thumb and snapping and bending it in different directions I couldn't get my hand away I don't think anythings broke But I can barely move it I'm 14 weeks pregnant and don't know how bad an X-ray would affect my baby do I ignore it or go get it checked
