possible miscarriage??

so my period came 2 days early and let me tell you.. When i went to the toilet.. blood gushed down like pouring rain... Dark blood redddd 😞😫 I have the worst periods in lifetime.. also have the worst cramps.. But i felt like i miscarriage cuz all that bloood was gushing down.. Is it possible to have a unknown miscarriage that you dont know about and bleed????? 🙏
