diaper changing

Anyone else's 10 month old making diaper changes impossible? My LO hates being on her back. She turns and twists her body making it so difficult to change her diaper. I hate it! I miss my good baby that would look up at me and talk to me. Now she just flips over and tries to escape. Anyone else having this problem. I don't have a changing table or pad and I'm wondering if that would help? Probably not :/
