any idea what this "rash" could be?

It started out light and pink (first pics) and has slowly gotten worse. It's rough to the touch but doesn't inconvenience me. No itching or anything. But while no one around me has gotten anything I noticed a rougher patch of skin near my breast so it COULD be spreading. Been treating with lotrimin and it doesn't seem to be responding. OF COURSE I called my dr but it's going to take a few days before he can see me and I want ideas on what it could be.
