We have been together for 2 years this man is the love of my life he told me a few months ago that he needed some space an said he wanted to call it quits but he doesn't act like it he still tells me he loves me when I'm around him an before we get off the phone we still have sex with each other and we still hang out with each other I don't know what to think it has caused a lot of stress I have lost a lot of weight stressing about it because I don't want to lose him I don't know what else to do so that I don't lose him an that we can work things out please help

Personally I would stop having sex with him. If at the moment you are in a weird broken up stage then don't continue to have sex. Sadly it could be the only reason why he's still talking to you and seeing you. If its causing you pain I think you both need to officially break up and try to not speak to one another and see how it goes. If you're meant to be together it will work out.

My man will be happy when hes with me then have a mood change and get all down and say he wants to break up. i think the best thing is to give him space so that he realises he misses you and that you're not desperate. The only way you can really find out how he feels about you is leaving. If he truly cares about you, he won't be able to let you go. Otherwise, you've set yourself free to find a man that really deserves you. Easier said than done but staying could only lead to greater heartbreak.
