silly question

Ok I know it sounds silly but I have to ask can you push out sperm when having a BM?? The hubs and I had sex around 8 last night and I didn't clean off as we are TTC I only got up once a few hours later and felt some leak out but I know sperm should be traveling and it was normal for stuff to come out well I got up again at 430 to tummy troubles and had a BM I tried not to strain but a body does what a body does. can I accidentally push the sperm that was traveling up out when I strain????
