Car seat install?

When is everyone installing their car seats? Due Feb 28th start weekly non stress tests in 4 weeks and was told to be prepared to stay at each and every one.... I'm an over preparer so I've wanted to install the seat like yesterday! Also, are you installing on a passenger side or the middle? I'm pretty sure my sister was in the middle seat, but lately when I peek in cars with car seats they're on one of the sides.
