never been so scared

I had a miscarriage back in June and we just found out a few days ago that I am pregnant again. We went and scheduled appointments and my first one is a week from now but earlier today I went to the bathroom and saw the dreaded bloody tissue. I'm to scared to go to the er again I would rather miscarry here at home if it's going to happen because they did nothing to help me last time. Am I making the right decision? I haven't told my husband what's happening and it's been about 2.5 hrs and when I went to the bathroom again there wasn't any blood I'm trying to relax and not think about it but of course I'm having no luck
