PCOS symptoms
So I was convinced I had PCOS. Before birth control pills (10 years ago) my periods were so irregular. Sometimes I would skip them completely one month or I would go two to three months without a period. After being on BCP for about 2 years I started to develop chin/neck hair in which I now need to shave and has been worse over time. My doctor had me have an ultrasound for ovaries and no cysts so she said I do not have PCOS. My blood work also came back normal for hormones thyroid etc. so she suggested seeing a dermatologist for the facial hair. I am still convinced I have PCOS and worried I won't be ovulating correctly as I just recently went off my BCP after 10 years. Supposed to get my period in a couple of weeks, very nervous.. :/
