Positive tb test?

Ok I know you'll probably look at this and think I'm over reacting (I probably am) 😂. But I had to get a tb test for my new job and this is my second time getting it this year because I had to get it to do my CNA class. Had no problems the first time. It went right down within a couple of hours the next day you couldn't even tell I had just got a tb skin test done. This time is different. I still have some swelling underneath the skin and when I run my hand over it I can feel the swelling. It has been 4 days since I've had it done. I constantly run my fingers over it to feel the lump which probably is irritating it even more. I got the test read yesterday and the nurse said it was fine, only thing is she didn't FEEL IT. She looked at it and signed off for it. Could I have tb or should I be fine? Maybe the shot just irritated my skin a little? Did anyone else experience a little swelling underneath the skin and turn out to be ok?! Please help 😩I'm freaking out. My moms a nurse as well and she said if I had tb the protein they injected into the skin would've cause a major break out or a firm raised bump. She says swelling under the skin is normal. Is that true?!?
