I'm 5 dpi and my breast are leaking milk

I stopped breast feeding when my daughter was 19 months old and she's 22 months old now so 3 months, my breasts have stopped producing milk well my question is..... If I'm pregnant, is that something that might happen? I have been nauseous and fatigued a little but it could be stress but I'm hoping that I get a positive test!! Only a few more days until AF so hopefully she stays away.... But just wondering about the leaking lol
