midol???

I took midol at 4:45 ish and it helped but I'm getting cramps again and it is 7:40 is it safe to take it again

make sure you drink a ton of water, you're killing your liver if you don't

you're supposed to take it every four hours but i just take it as needed on my period (i once took it two hours later) and it's never affected me. i'd start with just one pill now instead of two and take the second 45 mins to an hour later.
