second pregnancy mood swings

This is my second pregnancy my first was a boy and he's two years old but with that pregnancy i didn't have as many mood swings and definitely wasn't as emotional. I can cry on spot for hours for absolutely no reason. I am one of those moms that is to scared to take basically anything while pregnant and didn't know if there was any other solutions that other moms found worked well for them.
