Fertile or not

I am 19 years and my boyfriend and I have been trying for almost 4 months ( don't judge this is our decision). My periods are regular ,but in April my doctors said I have tiny follicular cysts in one ovary and a small complex cyst in the other she also mentioned that they should go away within a few cycles . Should I be worried about infertility , or maybe the cysts are stopping me from getting pregnant right now and I should wait till there gone ? I'm really worried
