why the pain?!!

I truly hate when my period is a day late and especially I hate those cramps or that abdominal pain I get when having sex..I wish I knew the reason why!!! And the doctor said I'm not pregnant and they don't know why I'm having the pain ughhh 🤔😫

I just took magnesium last night, naprosyn today (started today) and have been taking iron/multi/chlorophyll supplements for the last month and today was the BEST FIRST DAY OF MY PERIOD i have had in a long time.  I was shocked. Oh and i took something called menstrual relief which helps decrease the blood flow. Its expensive but i get it free/discounted for my work. And the menstrual relief hasnt helped mewith cramps. I think its for sure the naprosyn and the magnesium. But if the doc doesnt know thats weird....
