Is there a sure fire way to know if I'm actually putting an egg out there? I'm reading some confusing info on here that positive opk's do NOT ensure that one has actually ovulated. Other than getting a doctor to test, how does one know?

From what I've read, besides testing by a Dr, BBT is a fairly reliable way to determine if you're actually ovulating. I would suggest checking out the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It's a wealth of information. xo
