Telling partner

My partner wants a kid and im having symptoms and a positive then negative test blood test places are closed over new years im waiting till january to take another test do i tell him i thimk i might be my symptoms are stong and i called a friend who just had her kid and she said she thinks i may be 2 infact shes positive i am so im nervous as to if i should tell him i think i am and i dont know yet or wait it out
