Losing yourself
So I've been married over a year and a half. I love my husband and he takes good care of me and vice versa. However, we did hit a rough patch but made it through... Barley. The thing is that I feel like I've lost who I truly am over time. I don't feel as strong as I was before we got married. I also kinda feel like I've become more sensitive and a lot of small things make me a little emotional. And sometimes i feel like I don't love myself as much as I once did. I don't know if I'm being dramatic about situations or what. I do know that the stuff that bothers me now most definitely would have been kicked to the curb when I was single or just engaged. How do you get back to your original self and most importantly love myself more?
I'm 25 now and I just need a little help. He's deployed now so I figure I can get back to my old self before he comes back. Any advice?
