sore breast

This is my first time TTC. CAn anyone tell me what their sore breasts symptoms felt like. Before AF comes usually I get pains in one boob. For the past 2 days my boobs have felt super heavy or full. ( they don't look bigger). The are really sore without me even touching them or a little brush against the nipple area feels uncomfortable. Also at one point today while they were hurting it looked like tiny red dots around my aortas.
