Pregnant?

I am 10 days late. I have been late before but not by so much. I'm not stressed so I'm not sure why I'm so late. Could I be pregnant? I took a test about 3 days ago that was negitive. But no signs of period yet. Also i have noticed signs that I could be but I'm not sure if I'm being paranoid. Also when I do think I got my period I check and I'm just moist. I think it's because I'm peeing a lot. Anyone have any suggestions or answers or advice?
