rental issues

My landlord gave me a paper he wrote telling me to move by January 27th out of no where because I pay my rent on time every month. I have to pay him on the 1st and some how save money to move by January 27th. He also keeps telling me I can't have certain people at my house. Also I clean up my dogs poop in the yard everyday and I hadn't cleaned up this mornings yet. He called me while I was at work cussing me out about it and when I got home and started cleaning it he tried to call the cops on me. He also has never fixed anything in the house for the year and a half I've lived there and never sent pest control once even tho it is supposed to be included in rent. What should I do about this?
