What can I do to help my mom? She's a single mom of 4 and has recently met someone it makes me happy to see how excited she gets anytime he texts her but even with as much as she likes him she won't go out with him. She was in an abusive relationship for almost 10 years and now I think she's scared to open up to anyone. He's a really good guy though, he'd be great with my siblings (he has two of his own also) which is my mother greatest concern. Anyways how can I help her feel a little more comfortable with getting into a relationship? I know I can't really do much because of the trauma of her last relationship but she deserves a man that will treat her right and make her happy and I think the guy she's been talking to will do that.
