Bringing My Fertility A-Game
I just purchased two different OPKs, Vitex, Myo-Insotinal, and L-Argentine. I also am taking CoQ10, a parental, vitamin D3, and fish oil. Any other ideas? I found out that I ovulated later than the opk said, so I missed my window this month. It is infuriating, but I am hopeful...for now.
