Is This a Fluke?

On December 11 at about 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant I started spotting. I went to the er where I began passing clots and my hcg was 84. Three days later it was down to 11. That was the last time I tested, but I assumed everything went the way it should because the first night I passed kind of a big piece of tissue or something. Anyway, on the 21st I got a nearly positive opk. Didn't test before or after. My pregnancy symptoms have come back but two days ago I got quite a bit of ewcm. I took a test today and got a very faint line. I took a Walmart cheapie probably 5 days ago and it was negative but it wasn't fmu. Actually neither was this test but was a 5 hour hold probably.
