cramps..😩💔
I'm having the worst cramps since coming back home.. nothing is helping. I took ibuprofen, didn't help.. as soon as I was able to take my prescription pain medicine, I did, it hasn't kicked in yet, which it should have. And so I'm now laying down with a heating pad. I'm still hurting... any other techniques to help manage this pain?? 😭 I think it might possibly be gas pains... but I can't poop or pass any gas... 😕 it's so stressful. 😭
