when to test???

We are on our third month TTC so I'm new at this. Just came off birth control in October so my cycle has been regularish with a shorter cycle last month.

Glow says AF was due today. Nothing. How long should I wait before taking a test? I don't want to waste a test for nothing. I don't have any early pregnancy symptoms but I don't have any cramps either....
