contractions

i'm 26 weeks and i've been to the doctor having a short cervix and BV. So it doesn't help it. I've been put on a hormone ( progesterone) to stop my labor. Well i i've been having contractions like CRAZY. I've propped my feet up, drank plenty of water, i've even took a nice warm shower to help me relax. But the contractions don't hurt just very uncomfortable and they are close. I've timed them being 3-5 minutes apart. But they go away, then come back. I go Tuesday and i'm gonna talk to my doctor. My cervix is almost open is what my specialist said but it's scaring me to the point where i notice everything. I don't want to be over dramatic but it's a really important thing to watch.
