TMI- kind of weird sensitivity/ breast feeding question??

So I have always had really sensitive nipples ( sorry for the tmi!) when my partner does things to them during sex/ foreplay I can basically feel it in my vagina like I can feel an electric shock down there if he so much as touches them... so my question is does this go away when you start breastfeeding because I'd love to be able to breastfeed but won't do it if I experience anything close to that! So far I'm 8 weeks pregnant and they still feel the same... 😟
