Foods To Help Pregnancy
Hello Beautiful Women!
I've been TTC for 10 months now, and I'm willing to try anything healthy and safe to fall pregnant.
I was just reading an article that outlined which foods are best to eat at which times of the month to help with ovulation, mensuration and getting an egg to stick!
The article suggests eating pineapple in the week after ovulation as it contains bromelain, which thickens the uterain lining which helps egg implantation.
Anyone know if this is true or worked for you?
Also other suggestions are welcome! I know all about the folic in leafy greens and what-not. But I'm willing to try anything!!!
