question for those that temp

Hi, I don't temp I have read about it but havnt tried yet. Just have a question. 2 apps I have said the 31st is my most fertile day a diff app said a few days before was. So we just had sex everyday, which is pretty much normal for us anyway. My question is I woke up last night(31st) so hot. And now I'm the morning I'm hot too. Usually I'm a cold person. Does this mean I did ovulate? Like if you were just going based off the your temp goes up after ovulation?
