cold??

Question

I have a sore throat, runny nose, occasional coughing & sneezing, which I sneezed often before this sore throat but should I be concerned at all or could it be me getting a small cold ? 
I am 36 weeks 3 days, FTM & ive never gotten sick prior to pregnancy or during so don't be hateful

At 36 weeks i had a cold for about a week or so and it led to congestion. I already had my 36 week appointment scheduled so I waited to ask the doctor. He said to push fluids, recommended some tea with honey for my throat, steam for congestion, and said he could prescribe robitussin. I declined the medicine and am riding it out. He said to maybe try Tylenol and watch for a fever. There's not really a ton you can do.
