could I be pregnant?

I am so good about taking my birth control at the same time everyday but, I was on vacation and it's a 2 hour time difference from where I live so I usually take my pill at 10 but on vacation I would take it at 10 their time so it would be 8 where I live. I wouldn't take it any later than 2 hours and I had sex last night so I'm just a little worried. Would a 2 hour difference effect it? Also I'm on the combination pill
