Pregnant?

I stopped taking my pill last year, and it took 3 months for my true period to start, after this I went back on the pill after meeting a new partner .. however, I became ill and spent 2 months on and off antibiotics and antiviral tablets, alongside this past month missing a few pills. I last had sex Thursday 23rd, I am hoping to be pregnant but have already had 2 negative test results .. how likely do you think I could be?
