Water Birth Experiences
Anyone whose successfully done a water birth please post experiences or tips ? Or items that are a must have. I am looking into a water birth. This is my second baby, my first was delivered vag via epidural. So I'm trying something new and need all the tips and info as possible. As well as the the center releases me the first day, how'd you make it through the night etc .. did you tear ? Any excessive pain ? Any info is welcomed !!!
