Cramps, please help!!
I am in the middle of my ovulation week. I had pinching yesterday, right on time, today I have a full blown cramp on the same side (left) that restricts me from even standing up straight. Any ideas? I have been nauseous on and off for a week also. Not sure if it is connected.
