I am almost 6 weeks and I feel nausea for only a few hours in the morning if I don't take it easy. I have breakfast items that settle your stomach. Pancakes, toast, granola, etc. I have stayed away from yogurt or anything with weird consistencies. But the last 2 days I have felt pretty good in the morning.
