Hungry but i feel full and nauseous

I'm about 7 weeks. I haven't thrown up but I've been terribly nauseous for the last 2 weeks. When I'm not nauseous and I'm hungry either none of the food seems appitizing or I feel too full to eat. Has anyone else had this problem? Did you find anything to help? TIA
