Sure. There's many  many reasons why he might, so if you're talking about someone you actually know by chance, don't go making assumptions though. 
Sexuality is defined by who you're attracted to, not who you sleep with. 
Maybe he's curious, maybe his sexuality is particularly fluid, maybe he honestly just wants to screw and can't find any guys who are down 🤷‍♂️ could be anything.
