I THINK i may be leaking amnio fluid but not sure?

I am 40+ 2 weeks FTM and Ive been losing my plug for 4 days. Yes i know it can grow back, however i lost a TON of it at one point today compared to the last couple days. Anyway i had very mild cramping about every 10 minutes for an hour and a half this morning then they ended up stopping. I have also had bad back pain (which ive had for the last week). I get an occasional cramp every now and then that hurts but not too often now, but ive been laying in bed all day and every now and then i will feel a little trickle come out of my vagina (it feels like when you have your period and stand up). It doesnt have a urine smell and is a water like consistency but is sort of slightly tinged yellow. I dont know if its fluid or urine. It doesnt gush when i stand up but i dont have to pee when it happens. I just dont know if i should go in. I have an appointment with the doctor tomorrow to see if i have dilated at all.

Does it sound like im leaking urine or amniotic fluid? Should i just wait to go in until tomorrow?
