Anyone use their short term disability for maternity leave to have some of it paid and not end up returning to work? I'm just curious on if I don't due to the hours I currently work and the unknown of them changing to what I need for after that baby I may not be able to return. If I don't do i have to repay the payment?? I pay in each check towards the disability. I only have 401k short term disability and life insurance through work so I'm not worried about paying that back cause if I do its very small amount. I just don't want to be penalized.

I may go back for 2 weeks part time cause then I get my 96 hours of vacation paid out to me plus my 30 hours of sick pay which total 1700+ before taxes and I worked the whole year to aquire it so why not.....

But just need to know if i have to repay the disability?????
