Child not being close with mother

I have a 5 year old little girl. Ever since I started working in April of 2013 my schedule has been crazy. I never really got to see her bc I was always working when she got out of school. Now she's a nanas baby and won't even come stay with me anymore. What can I do to get the bond back with my child? I'm missing her terribly.
