If you know your body well, you'll know when you ovulate even with OPK's. I use OPK's but I don't really need to, as I get the WORST cramping on one side of my lower stomach on CD14 every month. Just trust your body ☺️ Baby dust X

That's why I can't decide what ovulation kit I want! Strips like these are cheaper but they seem so hard to read. But then there's the one with smiley faces that are easy but pricey.
