I was constipated for a couple days before giving birth, then after I gave birth I was still constipated, hadn't pooped in days but I could feel my colon was full! It was putting a lot of pressure on my anus and I could t sit properly because I had to poop so bad, when I finally got it all out the day my baby was born ( with much pain and effort) after the poop fell out a giant blood clot fell out after it, could this blood clot had been stuck up in my uterus and failed to pass due to the amount of poop in my system? And should I be concerned?
