funny kinda story even nurses mess up too!

I went into l and d yesterday bc for 4 days after my membrane sweep I had been loosing what I thought was my mucus plug. I was really crampy so they wanted to check me out. Turns out I was having contractions so they moved me to the bed and called the on call ob. Well the contractions slowed down and stopped (like they have been for weeks) and I haven't had any cervical change since last week so obv I was in just early labor. Anyway they wanted to make sure I wasn't leaking Amnitotic fluid and had no infections as well.. so they did 2 swabs tests well the swab for fluid ended up in my urerthra instead of my vagina . Holy painful!!! Now today it's painful just to pee.. can't even be mad was an honest mistake kinda just goes to show we're all human! 38 weeks waiting for this baby to come 🤗🤗
