nightmares while 7 weeks??

Hey ladies I'm a first time mom I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks 3 days and I will currently be 7 weeks tomorrow. Ever since I hit 5 weeks I have nightmares sometimes 2 in one night every other night and there super vivid and about my loved ones sometimes. Idk if this is normal but it's concerning me. Have any of you girls had the same thing or should I be worried?? And is there anyway I can try to stop it??
