donating blood😩

So the first time I have ever donated blood was on Friday! I have got to say it was the worst experience. The guy was so rough and I only have tiny arms! And anyone who donates you know the size of the needle! It was quite painful and I was so uncomfortable! And this was the aftermath! There's bruising no where near where the needle was. I am so sore and can't bend my arm!

The bruising is deep! I don't want to put people off I want to know if anyone else has bruised up like this?
